Frequency is everywhere—it’s the pulse of the universe. From the sound waves that shape our music to the brain waves that influence our thoughts & functions, from the rhythms of nature to the digital signals that connect us, frequency defines our world in ways both tangible and intangible. Every sense we have engages with frequencies—those we can perceive and those that may exist beyond our conscious or physical awareness. I’m propelled to dive into what shapes our reality & how deeper wisdom can support our expansion. My background spans various spaces including holistic wellbeing, energetics, business, the arts & education & I’d love to have you join ongoing quest to learn more about & find alignment with the forces that shape our lives.
